Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia CP is a typical equipment solely in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is offered as a gift. With Hepsia you can host unmetered TLDs in one web hosting user account. This is feasible owing to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager tool. The other hosting Control Panel platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable only in combination with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you have to use TWO autonomous hosting account logins. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain registration/transfer/management options. If you select Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web server, there will be no CP option.

Hosted Domains ² - unlimited domains can be hosted with all offered hosting CP platforms, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your Top Level Domains in a single user account. Unfortunately, the cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel setups do not offer such function at all - there is no Domain Manager section and as a result they request 2 autonomous logins: 1 domain name management/billing/support user account and 1 web site management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP).

Operating System (OS) ³ - you will see that the Hepsia web hosting CP is offered with Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to have it on your dedicated web hosting server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin CP platforms operate solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
